Admin Asst (6 months temp)

Duties such as:

Library inventory

Thermometer calibration & purchase

Assist in event planning (e.g. printing of materials, lamination,
binding of booklets etc.)

Print agreements for signature

In charge of outgoing courier

Packing of documents

Any other assigned duties


Qualifications:

"A" level/Diploma holders are welcome

Working experience in office environment is essential

Good level of computer literacy

Self-motivated, energetic, good team player, meticulous & good
communication skills


Position is based in Singapore
