You will be relieving our current Office Administrator who will be
going for her maternity leave.
Job Duties:
Answer telephone, responds to routine inquiries, and takes and relays messages
Provides administrative support to the GM such as travel arrangement
Requisiton of stationery (including catridges for office equipment)
and printings
Prepares purchase requisiton and purchase orders for internal
purchases and general purchases using SAP
Liase with vendors and landlord
Job Requirement:
Minimum 'O' level, Certificate or Diploma in Business Adminsitration
with min 2-3 years of admin support experience
Proficient in MC Office. Able to work independently and interact well
with people of all levels.
Those with PA MNC background will have an added advantage
You must be pleasant and possess a friendly personality
Working Days: Mon to Fri (Suntec City)
