Responsibilities:
work with internal product management team/ vendors on marketing
promotions and effectively communicate up-to-date/new product
introduction/ events to current, new and prospective customers
attend to all incoming and outgoing calls and emails in a prompt,
courteous and professional manner
update status of all calls made or received
maintain and update call database for future reference
Requirements:
Proficient in English with effective telephony skills
Prior experience in telemarketing/ call centre will be an advantage
Possess high energy and good communication skills
Committed, resourceful and independent
Part-Time and Temporary positions available
