Job Requirements:
· Experience in Desk side Support will be advantage
· Familiar with standard PC applications, e.g. Microsoft
products, email clients, etc.
· Excellent Customer Service attitude and good communication
skills and analytical skills in problem solving
· Ability to converse in Mandarin will be advantageous(to liaise
with Mandarin speaking associates)
· Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
· Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant
residence status.
Job Descriptions:
To provide 2nd level IT support to users on IT-related problems, such
as PC hardware and software and Network problems
To install / upgrade Anti-virus software, removal of Virus etc
Setup and troubleshoot printer or wireless related issues as when required.
Perform incident ticket update & coordination with helpdesk and other
support group.
To assist in other IT related projects as when required.
