Job Responsibilities:
· Handling of visitor/guests and incoming calls
· Respond to general enquiries from internal and external parties
· Maintain knowledge of existing personnel and organisation structure
· Mails records and allocation
· Arrange and record all incoming/outgoing local and overseas
couriers for all staff
· Coordination for lunch catering
· Ensure that the reception area is well kept
· Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years relevant experience
· Diploma
· Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
