Call Centre Agent (Contract/Temporary)

Job Responsibilities:
· Act as frontliners giving excellent customer service at all times
· Attend to customer queries and schedule appointments with service teams
· Assist Team Leader to resolve daily operation issues
· Work as a team and assist each other in daily call center operational issues

Requirements:
· Diploma, ITE, GCE A/O levels, preferably with related experience in
the service industry
· Those with call center experience will be added advantage
· Able to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
· Knowledge in Microsoft applications a must


Working hours:
8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
8.30am to 12.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
