Job Type : Temporary (6 Months)
Location : Serangoon North
Working Days : 5 days (Roster Monday to Sunday)
Working Hours : 42 hours per week (Rotational Shift , First Shift
Start : 8.00am and the Last Shift End : Midnight)
Transport : Will be provided for the midnight shift.
Job Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level/Diploma Holder
- A pleasant disposition and must possess good customer service
handling skills and very customer orientated
- Cheerful with good communication skills
- Some helpdesk experience in a call centre an advantage
- Must be able to commit minimum 6months & above, commit to shift
duties and able to start work immediately
Job Responsibilities:
- To handle hotline in a call centre environment
- Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints
- To handle general paperwork and ad hoc duties as assigned
- Handle any other duties as assigned
