Duties Includes:
- Procurement of Goods and Services
- Responsible to the Provincial Health Director
- Responsible of Controlling officer in stores
- Economy in use of public stores
- Documentation of all receipts of goods
- Recovery and storing spare parts
- Fuel Lubricant, Medical Equipment
- Drugs
- Maintaining inventory register for all goods and register for all goods and physical items.
- Protect public stores from damaged, loss theft and preferring
.- Security of public stores
- Refilling fuel in public vehicles
- Advice on new requirement as per stock balances
- Cold chain management
- Any other
