Guest Relation Officer
Responsibilities:
Attend to all walk- in customer and telephone enquiries
Compile daily showroom and sales traffic report
Maintain showroom in premium condition.
Perform data entry and ad-hoc marketing support.
Requirements:
GEC 'A' level or Diploma holder and above.
Min 2 years' experience in frontline / customer service area within service industry.
Pleasant and friendly disposition.
Excellent customer service attitude.
Able to multi-task .
Proficient in Microsoft office applications .
Other details:
Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays (Working hours 8.30am to 6.00pm).
Location: Leng Kee.
Must be able to commit for 3 months.
Able to commence work in mid Jan '09 .
Rate: $7 to $8 per hour.
