RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with customers to resolve product quality issues.
Administer Request Devise Analysis (RDA) process.
Maintain weekly/ monthly/quarterly RDAs tracking reports.
Conduct quarterly Customer Survey for initial RDA response services.
Perform validation activities (optical inspection, DC electrical testing) to assure product & service quality.
Identify problems relating to product and quality system.
Troubleshoot, investigate and analyze failures/ defects.
Maintain Quality Data System (QDS) by keeping track of validation responses and problematic cases.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum NTC qualifications. Advantageous if possesses Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Some relevant experience would be advantageous.
Proficient in Word, Excel & Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin.
IC failure analysis knowledge will be an added advantage.
Able to commit minimum 3 months & above with view to conversion.
