Administrative Assistant - Temporary position for 1 month

Based in Singapore, the successful candidate will assist in a variety of administrative and secretarial functions.





Responsibilities:

Assist in providing secretarial and office administrative support to the Singapore office
Greet visitors and handle incoming phone calls
Arrange travel plans
Prepare monthly expense reports
Update and maintain client database
Provide logistics support for conferences and seminars


Requirements:

Tertiary education; at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably at a financial institution and/or multinational company
Energetic and adept at managing multiple tasks; excellent phone and organizational skills essential
Comfortable working with different personalities; show good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent command of business English is required; familiarity with other languages is a plus.
