Temp office administrator

Summary of Job:

To ensure the general administration & HR support is provided within the Singapore Regional office for the various departments. Occasional support to the AsiaPac Sales offices is required.


Reports to:

Manager, Accounting & HR AsiaPac


Location: Singapore

Key Tasks and Activities:

• ADMIN WORK:
1) Office ordering of office stationery.
2) Maintain admin issues with Aviva landlord & maintenance companies.

• HR WORK:
3) Request general material from London for new staff.
4) Prepare staff request form to Digica with SOX approver (for new join & resigned staff).
5) Arrange interviews / posting job advertisements for all departments on JobsDB or relevant medium.

Key Relationships:

All staff in Singapore office


Qualifications Required (if any):

Basic Degree preferred


Key Skills/Knowledge Required:

Basic computer literacy (MS Office tools) PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills

Professional integrity

Ability to work independently


Special Features/Any Other Information:

Fluent English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work unsupervised

Ability to organise/ prioritise own workload

Ability to work to deadlines
