Responsibilities
Handle enquiries on SDL from companies
Update SDL database with follow up actions taken, payment received etc
Call or send reminders to companies that did not respond to the requests for payment and follow up actions to ensure payment
Process cheques received from companies
Process request for refunds of SDL
Other Ad Hoc duties
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any field
Candidates with 1 year working experience will have an added advantage
Fresh graduates with previous working experiences welcome to apply
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word 2003, Microsoft Excel 2007 and Microsoft Access 2007
This is a 1 year contract, candidates will need to be able to commit for proposed period of assignment
Singaporeans and Singapore PR only

Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon-Thurs), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
