Updating personal files
Administrating employee records
Recording annual and medical leave
Processing Work permit, S-pass application / cancellation
Date entry for payroll
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Pre-requisites:
GCE ‘O’ Level holder
Good command of written and spoken English
Meticulous and a team player with excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Good organizational, planning and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word & Excel
Possible conversion to a permanent position
