Intro
I am representing Pointeast, a premier apparel manufacturer in Singapore. The company has been making T-shirts for many big corporations, notably Estee Lauder, Sony, Canon etc, so the quality of the clothing is guaranteed. Now the company is trying to increase its share of the class tee market with its aggressive $250,000 campaign.
Class Tee Promotion
Pointeast, Singapore's only ISO certified company making class tees, is now having a promotion for the month of January. For every class tee made (each class tee will cost $18 and under apiece), Pointeast will match each order with a free Asian Tee worth $15 (prestigious companies like Porsche and Singapore Law Society use them, so quality guaranteed.) So that’s 2 tees for the price of one. However, the offer ends on 31 Jan 2009, you need to place your orders as soon as possible.
Also, all orders made by end April 2009 are entitled to the Tee Shirt Design Contest. The best design(s) (decided by a panel of judges) will be awarded by a monetary prize of at least $2000. So get your creative juices flowing. (You wouldn’t want a class tee with a bad design either)
When placing orders, please print out the soft copy of the flyer and bring it along, with the serial number on it. [The no. is 052-01]
One-off Job Assignment [earn during school hours]
This is only for students currently studying in a secondary school / JC. [Sorry to others!] Basically, you will be given a stack of booklets, which you must distribute to each class chairperson [or a rep] in your school. My boss has several avenues to check whether you have been skiving, so please do your job responsibly! You will be paid $0.40 for every booklet that successfully lands in the hands of a chairperson in your school. Hence, if you give out to 40 chairpersons in one or two days, you earn $16 (this is a lot better than those flyer distribution jobs that only give you $16/1000pcs, and you earn during school hours!). But that’s basic pay. If 6 confirmed orders come from your school because of the booklets you distributed, you get an extra $20. (But you must hit minimum 6 orders, if not no extra money.) Every subsequent confirmed order will get you an extra $2. To get this extra money, you may consider explaining to that chairperson what is so good about making class tees with Pointeast, using the above info given above, and when I meet you in person if you are selected.
The person doing this job should be outgoing enough to talk to people in their school, regardless of the age of the person he/she is talking to. The job only commences in Feb, since the booklets are still being printed as we speak. But do tell me your interest asap in case someone from the same school has taken the spot [if not both of you will have to share the classes.]
