Responsibilities:


Job Description:
- handle incoming calls and enquiries
-issue invoices (sales out of Singapore) and order processing
-liaise with customers & logistics on delivery issues and ensure customer’s delivery dates are met.
-handle shipments for sales out of Singapore and monthly stock report
-handle sales quotation & follow up
-updating forecast
-Admin. Duties


Requirements:
Min A Level or Diploma
At least 1 yrs related experience
shipping knowledge/experience preferred
Able to speak in Mandarin & English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willing to work At Bugis
Able to start work as soon as possible


Salary $1600 - $2000
Working hours: 9am-6pm 5days

Requirements:


Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
