Responsibilities:
Prepare documents such as Invoices, PO, SO, DO, Sales Contract and etc
Provide support to Sales & Logistic operations
Arrange delivery of goods
Assist in data-entry and administrative duties
Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min GCE ‘O’ Level
Minimum 1 year of admin or logistic or coordination experience
Proficient in MS office application (ie. Excel, Word)
Prefer someone who has basic shipping & logistics experience but NOT a must
Able to start work from beginning of January 2009 until end of March 2009 or beginning of January 2009 until end of May 2009 ( 2 position needed )
