Responsibilities:
For Admin positions:
Data entry & updating
General Admin duties
For Customer Service positions:
Promptly handle customer enquiries
Co-ordinate with import and export operations, to ensure accuracy in documentations and invoicing
Liaise & co-ordinate with carrier/ customers/ suppliers, to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a "O" Level, A level or Diploma.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Student waiting for result are also welcome to apply.
Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
