RESPONSIBILITIES
• To provide personalized service to phone in enquires/ feedback from customers and ensure that their requests are executed in an accurate and efficient manner.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level and above, STPM or 6 SPM credits including English
• Bilingual in English and a 2nd language such as Mandarin, Malay, Tamil
• Singaporean or Singapore PR only
• Must be able to commit for 6 months from January 09 till June 09
• Possess strong PC and internet skills
