Responsibilities:
Assist in answering call-in or queries
General Administration duties
Data Entry
Photocopying, faxing of documents
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Preferably fresh graduates or students on vacation
Min 'O' or 'A' Levels
Possesses positive and keen to learn attitude
Good working attitude and hardworking
* Location: Buona Vista (West)

* Shuttle Bus Service at Bouna Vista MRT

* Working Hours: Mon to Thurs (8.30am to 6.00pm) & Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)

* Duration: 6 months

* Hourly rate: $6 - $6.50 per hour

Temp Admin @ East (Chai Chee)
Responsibilities:
Attending to customers' queries and needs through telecommunication or walk-in customers
Maintaining Customer Database software
Assist with some reports in excel formats
Assist the ConvaTec sales team with administrative duties, eg preparing quotation, order processing
Assist in ordering of stationery items, etc
Requirements:
Proficient in standard Microsoft Office software applications and general computer usage. Also able to maintain Customer Database software.
Works with minimal supervision, good initiative and follow-up
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, displaying strong listening, probing and empathy skills
Able to interact with callers to gather data, recommend products/ solutions as well as handle inquiries about the products and services
Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities
* Working Location: Chai Chee (East)
* Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
* Duration: 3 months
* Hourly rate: $7 - $7.50 per hour
