Our client is a listed leading international conglomerate with diversified interests in many industries, including automotive, property and technology. As part of its ever expanding international workforce, they currently have a vacancy for their car showroom in Leng Kee Road for the position of Customer Service Officer.
Responsibilities:
Attend to all walk-in customers and telephone enquiries
Compile daily showroom and sales traffic report
Maintain showroom and café in premium condition
Provide ad-hoc marketing support
Requirements:
GCE ‘N’ level holder and above
Min 2 years’ experience in frontline job within service industry
Pleasant and friendly disposition
Excellent customer service attitude
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is highly preferred
Willing to work on retail showroom hours including one weekend and Public Holidays
Working on a rostered workweek, you only need to work 5 days a week, with 1 weekday and 1 weekend off, with the car showroom ending its operations at 7pm daily.
Salary: S$1,300 ~ S$1,800
