Responsibilities
Respond to customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Attend to all phone enquires and takes ownership of all calls till closure
Provide excellent customer service support to customers
Requirements
Good telephony skills
Possess excellent communication skills
NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
STUDENTS ON VACATION/ORD PERSONNEL WELCOME TO APPLY AS TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED!!

Location: West, Jurong
5.5 days work week/ 8.30 am – 5.30 am, 8.30 am – 1 pm
