Position: Passenger Service Agents (x12) – working at Changi Airport
Our client is a well-established firm urgently looking for 12 Passenger Service Agents. To work at Changi Airport and be based on 24hrs rotating shifts with flexible shift hours ie. 9hrs of work per day. To commit for 2 months extendable. Basic pay will be at $7/hr. Incentives of $3/hr will be given for those on night shifts.
Requirements:
- Good customer service skill
- Able to communicate in English (as well as read)
- Good attitude and willing to learn
- 5 days of training will be provided
- Min 18 years old & above
Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer service to First and business class passengers
- Assist in check-in processes and enquiries
- Coordinate between passengers and airline providers
- Proactively mingle and interact with passengers
- Perform any required passenger related administrative duties
