Job Duties:
To conduct surveys on the IT service levels provided by the IT Engineers.
To consolidate the reports for management reporting.
Job Requirements:
Minimum A-Level, ITE, JC, Diploma or higher qualification.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer service oriented and able to work in fast paced environment independently or in a team.
Available immediately or within 1 week.
