Temp Admin Assistant

The Job

-To provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing department
-To maintain and update proper filing system, records, documentations, etc.
-To coordinate meetings and appointments

Responsibilities

-Minimum GCE 'O' Level
-Pleasant personality with good telephone etiquette
-Able to commit for 3 months (Nov 08 till end-Jan 09)
-Good typing skills
-Proficient in MS Office
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
