Temp HR & Admin Officer,

Responsibilities:

Human Resource

Assist in recruitment process and shortlisting of candidates

Prepare orientation kits and coordinate staff orientation programme

Administer industrial attachment and internship programmes

Assist in follow up of training applications, budget monitoring and updating of training records

Assist to organise and co-ordinate in-house staff development programmes

General HR administration including compiling of MCs and staff compliments, submitting regular reports amd maintaining staff databases
Administration - Organisational Excellence

Compile monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Administer the staff suggestion scheme (SSS)

Assist to organise and co-ordinate annual staff retreat

Covering of PA as and when required

Other general office administration duties

Requirements:


A Levels / Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management

At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in Admin / HR

Competent with MS Office applications

Able to multi-task and work independently

Full commitment for at least 4 months period

Available immediately or within short notice
