Temporary Conference Assistants x MANY required for the period of 10th November to 13th November for a high profile financial industry.
We are looking for the followings;
Registration / Speakers Coordinators
Preferably someone who is not shy, speaks well, able to answer to guest enquiries. Good working experience in Database - MS Excel/Access, mail merging for printing of name badges etc.
Private Meeting Assistants
Someone who is EXTREMELY PATIENCE with VIP/top Management/CEO levels, ability to work long hours (till 9pm) Must be presentable, customer oriented and fluent in ENGLISH a must!!
Presentation Track Assistants
Someone who will need to handle microphone, act as Runner within the Presentation Room/conference rooms. You will be mingling with large no. of guests/VIPs, someone who is not shy and hands on person.
Assistant to Conference Organizer
Someone who is good with reading "hand written" English from guests/VIP, and typing of reports. Must be willing to multi-task - hands on person, ability to work in fast paced and other ad hoc assignment by Client. Good spoken English a must!!
Runners
Preferably guys as there may be some carrying of things/stuffs/help in moving rims of Papers/stationary, assist in setting up office/Pre-summit etc. Mulit-task and able to work long hours (till midnight) as you may be require to assist in sending Guests/VIPs to Gala Dinners.
**Candidates who has prior experience in events/conferences or if Uni. grads/undergrads who has experienced in events/hosting of social activities would be an added advantages!!**
Dress Attire: Formal (Dark Suits for Ladies & Black tie for Guys)
Salary: S$8 - S$9per hourly!! (Exclude OT)
Candidate must be able to work thru out the entire event dates!!
Shortlisted candidates will need to go thru an interview in 3rd week of October.
