More About the Job:
- Make calls from the office to a certain call centre.
- Role play a scenario with the person on the other line.
- Document the service you experienced on a questionnaire.
- Each completed questionnaire will earn you $5.
- This is the 3rd time we are conducting this audit. Expect to complete 15 to 20 surveys a day and earn as you go.
- Applicants must be very well versed in English.
- Observant, detailed and able to document experiences well on the quetionnaire.
- Able to attend the briefing on Monday, 22/9/08 from 10am to 2pm.
- Able to come to work at Clementi on a daily basis from 9am to 5pm for roughly 7 working days starting from the 22/9/08.
