Accounts Assistant/ Admin Assistant/ Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
Accounts Assistant

- Handling AR and AR
- Data Entry
- Sorting of documents
- Other admin ad hoc duties


Admin Assistant

- Answering incoming calls
- Handle general administrative duties
- Assist in hotel booking and travel arrangement
- Handle invoices and documentation
- Other ad hoc duties


Customer Service Officer

- Handling customer's enquiries
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Scheduling of appointments

Requirements:
Accounts Assistant

- Min 'GCE 'N' or 'O' level with Accounting qualifications
- At least 2 years or more working experience
- Must have prior experience in AP and AR
- Experience in logistics preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office


Admin Assistant

- Minimun 'N' with COS or 'O' Levels with 3 Passes
- Fresh Diploma and Degree holders also welcome for other positions!
- Previous experience would be an added advantage

**Temp position for 3 months also available in the east!!!**


Customer Service Officer

- Minimum 'O' Levels with 3 Passes
- Able to work 3 shifts would be an advantage
- Previous experience in Customer Service would be an added advantage
- Must be customer service oriented

**Call centre and Telemarketer position also available**
