- Setting appointment using MS Outlook calendar
- Travel & hotel arrangement
Requirement:
- Min Olevel / Diploma + PSC Cert
- At least 2-5yrs related experience in Business Management / Executive Search industry
- Able to speak in Mandarin
- Able to start work as soon as possible
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Suntec / Raffles Place.
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
