Sales Support Officer

Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries and provide customer service support as part of the Sales Support Team.
Monitor sales orders and provide operations support for orders fulfilment.
Prepare sales data for routine sales meeting.
Rental Activities.
To meet up with rental customers and fulfill their confirmation.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Experience in sales support and related administrative functions (eg: Quotations, Credit Notes, Delivery Orders and Sales Orders).
Able to speak fluent Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Matured and meticulous.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Good team player.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ang Mo Kio.
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Those who can commerce work immediately would be preferred.
Contract for one year.
