Responsibilities:
Trouble-shoot various technical issues, providing first level support for desktop and local/networking printing, email (MS Outlook), Microsoft applications, remote access, and hardware issues.
Answers Helpdesk calls, Log, handle IT desktop queue and assign and prioritize open issues.
Setup PCs.
Provide callbacks to users when issues are resolved.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a GCE "O" Level or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Must be able to commit for 1 - 2 months.
OT Claimable.
Good oral and written communication skills a must.
