During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Clubhouse Operations Manager in the operation of the Front Desk.
Attending to all telephone calls at the Front Desk.
Collection of fees and issue of coupons/ receipts for the rental/charter of Club’s facilities as well as for all Club’s events and activities.
Proper management of related data promotion of Club’s courses, events and activities to members of the public.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks in support of other functional areas from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree or Doctorate (PhD) in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office.
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Internship duration of 4 month(s).
