Customer Service Consultant - Urgent! (2 to 9 months - S$7 to S$9p/h)

Responsibilities:
Handle current & potential customers' enquires on product, services and promotions
Ensure professional and personalised service at all times
Channel feedback for service enhacement and problem resolution action in the shortest possible time
No Sales required

Requirements:

Min. GCE 'O' Level
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong team-player
Initiative and able to perform under stress
Good voice and pleasant personality
Previous experience in customer service would be an advantage
Able to perform rotating shift duties with rostered off-days
