Admin Assistant (Bank)

Responsibilities:


Manage customers' feedback emails / letters and draft replies to them


Liase with customers on phone when required


Perform filing and other administrative duties

Requirements:


Candidate must be meticulous, willing to learn and has a positive attitude


Fresh graduate from Poly/University or 'A' Level are welcome


Min 1 year experience in administrative and customer service are an advantage


6 months contract (renewable)


5-day/week


Applicable to Singaporean / Singapore PR
