Responsibilities:
General Administrative duties such as:
Data Entry, Filing, Scanning, Photocopying
Checking and sorting of emails, Archiving of records
Coordination and liaising duties
Documentation work
Ad-Hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
O levels / Nitec/ Diploma holders or undergrads and above
Candidates with adminstrative experience would be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good communication skills
Fast learner and independent
Only Singaporeans and Singaporean Permanent Residents need to apply
