JOb Description Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the operations department
Data entry duties include collating, organizing and compilation of data / statistics / information for performance reports
Update reviews in operational processes, practices and guidelines
Documentation and filing
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
Minimum 'O' level
Proficient in MS Office
Strong interpersonal skills with good command of verbal and written English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
Meticulous with good organization and coordination skills
Independent and able to meet timelines
Singaporeans and PRs only
Other Information
Mon to Fri
10am to 2pm
5 mins walk from City Hall MRT
$7/hr
