JOb Description Responsibilities

General administrative duties
Provided routine office supports such as making copies, faxing, answering phones, prepares correspondence for mailing delivering and picking up correspondence.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a O level or relevant.
Experience in taking Minutes will be prefer.

Required skill(s): PC literate, MS Office.
Bilingual (able to speak English and Mandarin as to liaise with clients or colleagues)
Well organize and able multitask
Minimum work experience required.
