Job Scope:
There are 3 types of audit, one is face to face audit where auditors would need to approach counter staffs in dedicated locations, the other one is telephone audit where auditors would need to audit staffs through telephone calls and also web audit where the audits are done through emails. Auditors must also be able to commit both weekdays and Saturdays as well.
