Responsibilities
- Cover receptionist duties when required
- Travel arrangement (hotel and air tickets)
- Coordination of Seminars/ Events
- Procurement (e.g. stationary, corporate gifts, etc)
- Renewal insurance and road tax
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirement
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma
· 1-2 years’ relevant experience
· Quick learner and dynamic team player
· Integrity, teamwork, initiative and responsible working attitude
